The 30-Day Hug-It-Out Guarantee

Here’s our promise: if your cuddler doesn’t earn its spot within 30 days of delivery, send it back for a full refund. No interrogation, no hoops — if you don’t love it, we don’t want your money.

How to start a return

Email us at alexrgn25@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll take it from there. Please include your order number so we can help you faster.

We just ask that your cuddler comes back in good, clean condition.

Return shipping

Customers pay for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or is the wrong item. If your return is due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to CalmKin’s error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

Exchanges: Want a different cuddler?

Email us first at alexrgn25@gmail.com and we’ll help you swap it for another member of the crew. You’ll return the original item (you cover return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error), and once we receive it, we’ll ship your replacement.
