Where your order comes from

Your cuddler is packed and shipped directly by CalmKin's trusted supply partners — that's how we keep every weighted plushie in stock and ready to go.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (24–72 hours). After that, standard delivery usually arrives 6–15 business days after shipment. Expedited options at checkout are faster. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

U.S. shipping rates

• Standard: $8 (free on orders over $70) — 6–15 business days
• Express: $15 — faster delivery at checkout

A quick note: because your order ships from our partner's warehouse, delivery can take a little longer than a local store run — but every order includes tracking, and we're always here if anything looks off.
